An ideal getaway or stopover from Gauteng (5 hours). The bed and breakfast consists of two charming cottages (one thatch) set in a quiet, peaceful garden in Howick. The swimming pool, just a few steps from your front door, is available to all guests. Entry into the property is through an electric gate and there is ample parking. Breakfast is served either indoors or under the shade of the trees by the pool. Other meals can be taken at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.
Situated on the Midlands Meander route, this bed and breakfast is ideal for those wanting a quiet getaway. The midlands have a lot to offer from arts and crafts, wildlife, historical interests to a variety of sporting activities.
Howick is an ideal gateway for the Drakensberg (a World Heritage Site), the beaches of Durban (1hr away) and is an ideal stopover from Gauteng (5hrs).

The cottages consist of a twin bedroom with bathroom, plus a large dining/lounge area fully equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave and tea making facilities, plus TV and air conditioning (heaters to keep you warm during cold winter nights and fans for the summer). One cottage has accommodation in the lounge area for two extra people. The swimming pool, just a few steps away from your front door, can be covered for safety should there be little children in your party. All guests receive friendly service. English or continental breakfast is served. Other meals can be taken at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby. Entry into the property is through electric gates with ample secure parking.
